Diversitat is recruiting a Course Coordinator for Community Services & Health to provide leadership and coordination of Courses within the VET department. To be successful you will be able to work with a cohort of students, develop wellbeing strategies that support attendance rates, have a proven ability to implement alternative teaching strategies, be experienced in providing regular supervision and have the ability to coordinate and promote team environment. You will also need highly developed organisational and problem solving skills, written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge in the development, coordination and delivery and assessment of accredited and pre-accredited training programs in line with the requirements of the 2015 NVR Standards and VCAL requirements. A tertiary qualification and/or experience relevant to the responsibilities of the position and a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also a minimum for this position.

This is a Permanent Full Time Position.
