Diversitat Aged Support programs are supported by funding from the Commonwealth and Victorian Governments under the Home and Community Care (HACC) and Commonwealth Home Support Programs (CHSP).
Currently located in Geelong West, Aged Support Services will be moving next to the Northern Community Hub in Norlane in July 2017. The Healthy Living Centre for Ageing facility will offer day support programs for people aged over 65 from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. It will be purpose built for ease of access and mobility and include a high-needs dedicated area.
