Our Kitchen offers a seasonal menu of nourishing meals cooked using traditional and innovative techniques that represent the cultural communities we work with. We cater to many dietary requirements and eating styles including gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, refined suagr free, paleo and low fodmap.
Our Pantry caters to the health conscious consumer looking for an alternative to chain style supermarkets. We stock a range of certified organic, local, pesticide free and non GMO products. We offer fresh produce and many grains, pulses, seeds, flours and nuts in bulk to minimise packaging and allow flexibility and quantity. We encourage you to bring your own containers. We offer a range of household cleaning products, beauty and kid’s products to help you and your family live a healthy and vibrant life.
Our Catering menu offers a variety of healthful, easy to eat meals and finger food options that will appeal to those looking for an alternative to sandwiches! We can cater to groups as small as 10 and as large as 200. Our seasonal, set menu options are available for straight forward affairs, and we are happy to discuss how we can cater for events and functions that require something a little outside the box.
Our Workshops cover a wide variety of topics and interests from cultural cooking classes, cheese and preserve making, to meditation, mindfulness, sewing and permaculture. A unique timetable of regular workshops will be available in the coming months.

Our priorities putting this menu together were to utilise local, sustainable, seasonal, chemical free, ethical, free range, nutrient dense, artisan produce. Prepared by using traditional and new methods, and preserve the whole food, naturally. Making it yum.
