This course is a requirement for all gaming staff according to State legislation.  It provides knowledge of how to encourage a responsible gaming environment and to offer customers assistance and provide advice regarding problem gambling services available.  It covers the legislative requirements enforced by the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation.  Refresher courses run periodically, depending on demand.
