Horticulture SBAT class Vines Road Garden Project

In June, Diversitat Training Horticulture SBAT (Student Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships) students undertook a revamp of the gardens at the front of our new Vines Road training centre.

Our Horticulture Trainer, Jarrah Wilson, worked with organisations around Geelong to have plants donated from Boomaroo Nurseries, reduced pricing on mulch through Danley Landscaping Supplies, and also coordinated the site planning and integrating the revamp into the Horticulture program.

16 students participated in the project and Jarrah and the students completed a wonderful job. This is the first stage of the revamp with another stage to come after the term break.
