Indian Curry and Pistachio Kul a Knockout at March’s Friday Meal
Flavour and spice was in full swing today at the Diversitat Aged Support March Friday Meal.
Gulu and Sukhdeep from the Geelong Indian community joined our chef and kitchen staff to host the monthly event creating a mouth-watering chicken curry, tarka dal, rice salad and pistachio kul – an ice cream made with pistachio and fresh cream sweetened with condensed milk.

About the Friday Meals Program:
The Friday Meals Program is a wonderful day on our monthly calendar where we celebrate the taste of diversity, sharing a scrumptious meal with clients, the Geelong community and staff of Diversitat.
Community members/groups are able to host a Friday Meal and cook a traditional dish of their choice alongside our chef.
