Access to Salary Packaging
Reduce the amount of income tax you are paying, leading to an increase in your take home pay! This is done by packaging a small portion of your pre-tax income, up to $15,900 per annum. An Additional 2 Weeks Off
Diversitat staff have access to 4 weeks annual leave with leave loading (pro-rata for part time employees) per annum. On top of this, Diversitat also provides an additional 2 weeks off (pro-rata for part time employees) per annum, giving you more opportunities to enjoy a good work life balance. Please note that sessional staff are not entitled to the additional 2 weeks off.
Long Service Leave (LSL) Entitlements
Diversitat recognises our long-standing employees. Diversitat staff have the benefit of accessing 1.3 weeks per year (pro-rata) of service, after only 7 years of service.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Diversitat offers confidential counselling sessions from an independent counsellor. The service is free of charge for the employee, up to three sessions. This is an opportunity to discuss work or personal matters affecting your health and wellbeing with a professional.
