On Saturday 22nd February, the Reconnect Team participated in the SKAART Festival at The Fort in Norlane, with an attendance of 800 people.
Reconnect organised the Dunk Tank for the event and we ensured that everyone had a great time. We had many different organisations volunteer to get dunked on the day and off course, we had our very own team member “Life Saver Adam”.
A huge thanks to Aaron from Gforce – Transition to Work Program, Leigh from Batforce, Jason & Natalie from Headspace, Seth from the Geelong Cats and Rhys from City of Greater Geelong.
We also want to thank Reg one of our Reconnect Participants who volunteered for the day – what a legend.
To all the Staff and Volunteers at the Fort well done on another successful SKAART Festival. See you next year!
