Diversitat operates a number of enterprises, with all funds raised going towards services and programs which assist our clients. These enterprises include the diverse  community radio and television station, 94.7 The Pulse, an opportunity shop in Belmont, the Oppe Shoppe and My Maintenance Crew.

About our Enterprises

94.7 The Pulse offers more than 70 different radio programs in 18 different languages and two 30 minute television programs a week, making for a hectic demanding schedule that is proudly met every week by all contributors. The Pulse is Geelong’s community radio and television station and proudly serves the regions of Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula. Visit 94.7 The Pulse website to find out more.

The Oppe Shoppe at Shop 5, 120 High Street in Belmont, was acquired by Diversitat in 2016 and allows us to provide clothing to our clients. The store also creates an opportunity for clients to gain valuable retail work experience.

My Maintenance Crew offers cheap, affordable handyman services in Geelong. We offer a complete range of maintenance services guaranteeing prompt and thorough service. Our employees are supervised at all times by experienced and qualified mentors that provide support and on the job skills training.

Our employees will be engaged in accredited training to ensure they are given industry-specific skills in a broad range of industry areas. My Maintenance Crew Gives young people in Geelong the opportunity to develop work skills in a supportive environment, offering wellbeing support, transport assistance, nutritious food and fitness.

My Maintenance Crew was developed in response to a growing need in the Geelong region, a need to curb youth unemployment and provide meaningful skills, not just hands-on work skills but also life skills and mentor support.
