Diversitat operates a number of enterprises, with all funds raised going towards services and programs which assist our clients. These enterprises include the diverse  community radio and television station, 94.7 The Pulse, an opportunity shop in Belmont, the Oppe Shoppe, and our clothing redesign enterprise, Stitch.

About our Enterprises

94.7 The Pulse offers more than 70 different radio programs in 18 different languages and two 30 minute television programs a week, making for a hectic demanding schedule that is proudly met every week by all contributors. The Pulse is Geelong’s community radio and television station and proudly serves the regions of Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula. Visit 94.7 The Pulse website to find out more.

The Oppe Shoppe at Shop 5, 120 High Street in Belmont, was acquired by Diversitat in 2016 and allows us to provide clothing to our clients. The store also creates an opportunity for clients to gain valuable retail work experience.

Stitch has developed a dignified, creative work initiative for women who may feel vulnerable and isolated. The Stitch program utilises reclaimed fabrics to redesign and produce   clothing and accessories to sell in the local community.
