The Settlement Services Program (SSP) is a flexible case work service providing information, support, advice and referral to newly arrived community members living in the Geelong. Eligible community members can access the SSP within their first 5 years of living in Australia. This service is offered in Geelong and Colac.
The program works proactively with local practitioners and mainstream services including active referrals, networking and capacity building.
