Diversitat Training Graduation Ceremony

On the 5th December Diversitat training celebrated the success of its students with Graduation ceremony at Geelong West Town Hall. The night was a time of celebration fun and food with entertainment, an award ceremony and catering from Diversitat’s very own Geelong Wholefoods Kitchen + Pantry.

This is an exciting time for all involved as it recognised the achievements of all of our students, including our Vocational Education and Training (VET) students, English Language Programs, School Based Apprenticeship and Traineeships (SbAT) student’s and our Youth Programs.

We have over 160 students of varying age and backgrounds graduate from all our programs on the night, a celebration shared with both trainers, friends and family.

My name is Esther and I have been doing individual support course for nearly 12 months. Now that I am almost graduating from it I would definitely recommend it to anyone who want to take on board a caring professional, profession. I wouldn’t be recommending it if I didn’t enjoy it, it’s worth doing  it. I have enjoyed the classes because the teachers are kind, helpful, directive and make the course enjoyable and fun. The placement has been really amazing as it has helped me to put the theory to practice and helped me to everyday aim to do my very best and provide a quality care to people in need. This course has inspired to go on and continue my Bachelors degree of Nursing as this basic foundation skills of a personal care will help me to bring a smile and provide  a holistic quality care approach to my residents. Thanks for all the support and guidance from my wonderful teacher and the Diversitat Team. ” – Esther Bahati, Graduate 2017 Cerificate III in Individual Support

This event wasn’t the first time Diversitat Training has held a graduation ceremony with the success of the School-based Apprenticeships and Traineeships graduation in previous years. Diversitat Training look forward to celebrating future student achievements in years to come.
